Return Policy

At ClearStream, we understand the importance of having a clear and transparent return policy. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Return Window

Frames

Products delivered in new condition and in their original containers are warranted for the life of the product against defects in the hinging mechanism and welds, subject to manufacturer inspection. Normal wear, abuse, or misuse is not covered.

Powder coating is warranted for two years from the purchase date against cracking, peeling, or fading. Chips, scratches, scuffs, and rust are excluded.

Defective components will be replaced with new or comparable rebuilt parts, pending manufacturer evaluation.

Lids and Decals

Products delivered in new condition in their original container are warranted for three (3) years from the purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship. Defective parts will be replaced with new or comparable rebuilt parts when returned. Normal wear, tear, or abuse is not covered. Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

Bags

If bags are found to be defective, call within 90 days of receipt for credit and to schedule return of the unused portion. 

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs. This fee does not apply if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect).

Shipping Costs

If the return is not a result of our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

Warranty Coverage

Most ClearStream products include a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow usage guidelines. Claims must include proof of purchase and may require photos or the return of the product for evaluation.
