Damages & Returns
· Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
· Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
· Returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to ClearStream error or shipping damage.
· Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper storage, weather damage, or modifications made after delivery are not covered.
· All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your order is damaged in shipment, ClearStream will either issue credit for the product and shipping costs or send a replacement product at no cost (including shipping).
· If your shipment shows any visible damage at delivery, please note it on the freight bill or delivery receipt and have it signed by the driver. If damage is not visible until after opening, please retain all original cartons and packing materials. In either case, notify ClearStream within five (5) business days so we can assist with a claim and replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@clearstreamrecycling.com or call (855) 411-4321 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide further return instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping charges apply unless the return is due to product errors.
Custom Return
· Custom-printed products are non-returnable, except in the case of defects, damage, or errors on our part.
· Customers must notify us of any issues with custom-printed products within 30 days of delivery for replacement consideration.
Shipments
· Please check and verify that all of the packages and products listed on the packing slip are accounted for and received.
· Notify the driver at the time of delivery and notate any missing products/boxes listed on the packing slip that were not received or are missing.
· Please keep in mind that some packages ship separately and could be delivered at different times.
· ClearStream is not liable for shortages or missing items reported after delivery is accepted without notation on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Shipments Continued…
· You can track FedEx Ground packages using the master tracking number and view the status of all of the packages in a shipment. Call 855-411-4321 or email sales@clearstreamrecycling.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Refunds / Credits
· Credits/Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after the returned products have been received and deemed satisfactory.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error occurred on ClearStream’s part.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit toward a future purchase.
Exchanges
· We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Time Sensitive Shipments
· ClearStream makes every effort to ensure time-sensitive shipments arrive on schedule for events and deadlines. We work diligently to see that all customers receive their products when needed. However, ClearStream cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
· To help minimize risk, we recommend placing event orders as early as possible and considering expedited shipping if a specific delivery date is critical.
Event Boxes and Compostable Bags
· Event Boxes and compostable bags are typically shipped separately. Depending on carrier scheduling, these items may arrive at different times, even if they are part of the same order.
· Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
· Customers may receive multiple deliveries on different days for the same order.
· Please wait until all shipments are received before reporting missing items.
