SortMax™ Recycling Bin

SortMax™ is a modular indoor and outdoor container that you can configure as a 2, 3, or 4-stream station. You choose the lids and the bag sets. There are no forced defaults, and the station can operate as two single-stream positions or as three or four streams by adding a DualStream™ lid.

What’s included by option:

• 2-sort station: includes 2 ClearStream single-stream lids of your choice and 20 total single-stream bags of your choice.
• 3-sort station: includes 1 ClearStream single-stream lid of your choice, 1 DualStream lid (blue or black), 10 single-stream bags of your choice, and 20 DualStream bags of your choice.
• 4-sort station: includes 2 DualStream lids (blue or black, any combination) and 40 DualStream bags of your choice.
Lids snap onto the patented bag-lock frame at all four corners with an audible click. You can purchase additional lids from seven hot-stamped options or select a DualStream lid with your choice of decals. SortMax ships unassembled to reduce shipping cost and carbon footprint.

SortMax assembles with eight screws in about ten minutes by one person. Units can ship as a ground package or up to ten per skid LTL.
Easy to tow: use the tow hooks to roll several SortMax units to their locations, then return them to the back of house until needed again.

Easy to service: bags are secured with the patented bag-lock. Service from the front through the sliding door for quick bag changes. The DualStream 25-gal bag is 29" x 44" and the single-stream 40-gal bag is 40" x 45". The bottom includes a mat to provide a moisture barrier and collect spills.

Easy to switch signs: it takes about one minute to add each sign type. Flex signs bend and snap into a channel at the top and bottom. End signs slide into slots. The “pillowcase” banner slips over the header, which fits into frame slots.
Build larger stations: connect two or more SortMax containers side by side with connectors to create longer waste lines.
